How does it actually work?
We use a premium dermal filler made from hyaluronic acid (HA) — a smooth, body-safe gel naturally found in your body. Dr. Q places it just under the skin of the shaft, in the space between the skin and the erectile tissue.
Think of it like wrapping a thin even sleeve around a tube, instantly adding 2–3 inches in girth and up to 1 inch in flaccid length, without affecting erections, sensation, or function.

How long does the procedure take?
The treatment itself takes around 30 minutes. Including your in-person consultation, preparation and aftercare briefing, you’ll be with us for about an hour.

When will I see the result?

Are there any side effects?
Mild swelling, brusing or tenderness at the injection site is common in the first few days and settles quickly.
The filler we use is made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in your body so it’s biocompatible and well-tolerated. Serious complications are exceptionally rare, especially in experienced hands.
Can I have the procedure on the same day?
Yes. If you and Dr. Q agree to proceed, treatment can be done immediately after your consultation.
This means you can walk in for your first appointment and leave an hour later with a bigger, fuller more impressive result.
How long until I can have sex after the procedure?
We recommend waiting at least 14 days before resuming sexual activity to allow the filler to settle and healing to begin. Dr. Q will confirm your exact timeline at your consultation.
After this you´re free to commence normal activity.
How much does it cost?
Your first treatment is £2,500, which covers everything; your private consultation, the procedure itself and your one-month review.
Top-ups (every 18 month) are usually £1,250, depending on the volume needed. This allows you to maintain that fuller, heavier look or push your results further if you want to add more girth or length in stages.
