Frequently Asked Questions.
Clear, honest answers to the things men want to know before booking.
How does it actually work?
So basically, your penis has two chambers inside that fill with blood when you get an erection. (We don’t inject that part)
What we do instead, is inject hyaluronic acid gel just under the skin of the penis shaft, like adding an extra layer around a tube.
That instantly makes it thicker and fuller, and it hangs longer due to increased volume.
Sensation, erections and normal function all stay exactly the same.
When will I see the result?
Results are instant. With a typical injection of 20ml, most men gain 2–3 inches in girth and up to 1 inch in flaccid length with the final, refined look appearing within 4 weeks.
Erect length does not change, however when erect your penis is much thicker, fuller and overall more impressive.
How long does it last?
On average, results last around 18 months.
Over time, your body naturally metabolises the filler. Many clients return at this time for a maintenance top-up. If not your penis simply returns back to normal.
Are there any risks?
No. The filler we use is made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in your body, so it’s biocompatible and well-tolerated. It can also be completely dissolved if needed.
However you can expect mild swelling, brusing or tenderness at the injection site in the first few days but this settles quickly.
Will it affect sensitivity or fuction?
No. The filler sits just under the skin, away from the erectile tissue, so erections, sensation and performance remain exactly the same.
The only change is in size from the outside.
How long does the procedure take?
The consultation and procedure are usually done at the same appointment taking just under 30 minutes from start to finish.
It is a non surgical procedure very similar in complexity to Lip Fillers and Botox. So you can go back to normal life straight away.
How much does it cost?
Your first procedure is £2,500, which covers everything; your private consultation, the procedure itself and a follow adjustment if needed.
Top-ups (every 18 month) are usually £1,500, depending on the volume needed. .
